Adam Hutchinson

Hi everybody, my name is Adam Hutchinson. I am pursuing a second bachelors.  I am very excited to be working at the EECL and to have the opportunity to work on projects that are impacting the world in a positive way.  While I'm not working or studying I like to spend my time hiking, fishing, traveling, and exploring hot springs.  After I graduate I plan to work in the field of alternative energy.

Adam Lum

Hey, I'm Adam Lum. I've been here at the EECL since May 2007 and have been working mainly on installing two Microturbines. We are scheduled to commission pretty soon and when that happens I will be getting on board with the GIC Stoves Project, for which I am very excited about. I am a Junior with three more years (I am not in a hurry). I am originally from southeast Idaho and have now made Colorado my home. In my free time, I enjoy rock climbing, biking, running, camping, and exploring new places.

My name is Kyle Steele and I am from Fort Collins. I am currently a junior studying Mechanical Engineering here at CSU. As far as me personally, I am an outgoing individual who likes the great outdoors. I enjoy going camping, fishing, hunting, snowboarding, dirt biking, basically everything Colorado has to offer. I have worked at the lab for 8 months and counting. I have done work on many of the projects currently taking place including the John Deere Split Engine, and the Spirea Grid Simulation. I am currently doing a lot for the Solix Biofuels project in terms of CAD drawings and manufacturing of various parts.  I also work at the company Super Vac down in Loveland. I have worked there for two years so far and plan to stay for several more. Super Vac is a factory which designs and manufactures heavy rescue and Haz-mat vehicles. I have been apart of the assembly portion of this process and am hoping to possibly get into the design part of it as well. I have gotten most of my manufacturing skills there as well as my mechanical skills. The experience I have gotten there has and will continue to help me throughout my engineering career.
